Pathetic experience, the whole salon had no working trimmer, barber had to use just the scissors to give me a horrendous haircut and that too rushing up bcoz other customer were waiting.Not only this, even after making an appointment the staff was forcing me go out to kill some time and come back after a while bcz someone else was in queue. I refused since I value my time, so basically they rushed to give an haircut without a trimmer. I thought of bargaining on the charges but didn't, thought of it as a charity for them to purchase another trimmer or least get the only one fixed.
